Privacy Policy

We collect the little we need to get a parcel to your door, and nothing beyond it. This policy explains what that is, who sees it, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, delivery address, pin code, phone number and email address.
• Payment reference: the UPI transaction reference for a prepaid order. We do not receive, see or store card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or bank passwords.
• Correspondence: emails and messages you send us, kept so we can follow up on a return.
• Website data: standard server logs and the cookies WooCommerce needs to keep a cart working.

Why we hold it

To pack and deliver your order, to process a refund, to answer questions about a purchase, and to meet record-keeping obligations under Indian law. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell, rent or trade your details to anybody.

Who else sees it

Your name, address and phone number go to the courier carrying your parcel, because there is no other way to deliver it. Our payment provider sees the transaction reference. Our hosting provider stores the site data. Nobody else receives your details unless a court or a lawful authority requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and consumer-protection rules require. Email correspondence is kept for two years. Ask us to delete anything not required by law and we will.

Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the Information Technology Act 2000 you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, ask for erasure where we are not required to keep it, and withdraw consent for anything you had opted into. Write to [email protected] and we respond within 24 business hours.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and access to order data is limited to the person running the shop. No online system is perfectly secure, so we keep as little as possible — the shortest honest answer to a data breach question is that there is very little here to lose.

Cookies

We use cookies for the cart and basic traffic counting. Blocking them in your browser is fine; the cart will simply forget what you added.
