Ordering and payment

How can I pay?
UPI or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit card, debit card, net banking or wallet payments.

Is there a COD fee?
No. Cash on Delivery costs the same as paying by UPI.

Are you registered for GST?
No. GST registration is not applicable to this business at present, so GST is not charged separately on your order and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN. An order invoice is included with the parcel; it is not a GST tax invoice.

Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. Megha Novelties is online only, run from Thane, Maharashtra.

Delivery

What does delivery cost?
Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹59 applies below that.

How long will it take?
1–2 business days to pack and 3–7 business days in transit — about 4–9 business days in all.

Do you ship outside India?
No. We deliver within India only.

Sizes and fabric

Which size should I take?
Measure your bust over a fitted top and compare it with the size list on the product page. Indian ready-garment sizes run roughly two inches larger than the body measurement, so between two sizes take the larger. A few of our sets are sized numerically (36 to 46) — that number is the bust in inches.

Are the colours exactly as shown?
Close, not identical. Screens vary, and dye lots vary. Where a product ships in an assorted print — the scarf and headband packs, for instance — we say so on the page and we choose the mix from stock.

Can you alter the length?
No. Garments ship as stitched; a local tailor will do it better and faster than we could.

Returns

How long do I have to return something?
7 days from delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags on, and a set must go back complete.

When do I get my money?
5–7 business days after the item reaches us and passes a check.

Something arrived damaged. What now?
Email [email protected] within 48 hours with the unboxing video and photos. That is why we ask you to film the opening — it settles the question immediately.

Can I return headbands or scarves?
Not once the pack is opened. Hair accessories and worn jewellery are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

About the products

Is the jewellery real silver or gold?
No. Our jewellery is silver-plated or silver-tone fashion jewellery set with crystal, not sterling silver and not natural gemstone. We do not sell hallmarked metal.

Do the sunglasses protect against UV?
We make no UV claim. They are a fashion accessory, not certified eyewear and not prescription lenses.

Is there a warranty?
There is no six-month warranty and no manufacturer warranty on anything we sell. What you have instead is the 7 day return window, plus replacement or refund for anything that arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete.

Is the chikankari hand-embroidered?
The chikankari-style work on our sets is machine embroidery, and we price it as such. We do not describe it as hand-worked by artisans.
