Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched. Nothing is deducted, and you do not have to give a reason.

Before dispatch

• Write to [email protected] or call +91 98205 12008 with your order number.
• Cancellation is free at this stage — there is no restocking fee and no cancellation charge.
• Because we pack within 1–2 business days, reaching us early on the next working day is usually enough.

After dispatch

Once the parcel is with the courier we cannot pull it back. Refuse the delivery when it arrives, or accept it and raise a return under the Return & Refund Policy within 7 days.

Refund of a cancelled order

Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original UPI ID or bank account within 5–7 business days, in line with the timelines Indian payment service providers work to under Reserve Bank of India guidance. Cash on Delivery orders have nothing to refund — the order simply closes.

When we cancel

Occasionally we cancel an order ourselves: the last piece in your size was damaged in storage, the shade you chose has just gone, or the delivery pin code is one our courier will not serve. In every case we write to you first, offer an alternative, and refund in full if you would rather not wait. We do not silently substitute a different colour or size — the shade on the product page is the shade you get, or you get your money back.
