Payment Policy

Megha Novelties accepts two ways of paying: UPI, and cash when the parcel reaches you. That is the whole list.

UPI

Pay by scanning the QR code or entering your UPI ID at checkout. The money moves through your own UPI app — we never see or store your PIN, and the order is confirmed as soon as the payment reflects. If your app times out, wait five minutes before retrying; a double payment gets refunded within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery

Pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. There is no extra fee for choosing COD. Please keep the exact amount ready — delivery staff often cannot break large notes. If you decide against the order before it ships, see our Cancellation Policy.

What we do not accept

We do not accept credit card, debit card, net banking, PayPal or any wallet payment, and we do not store card details of any kind. If a page or a message anywhere asks you to enter card information for an order placed with us, it did not come from us — forward it to [email protected].

Prices and currency

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include everything you pay for the item.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout: free above ₹999, flat ₹59 below it.
• GST. This business is not registered for GST. Based on the business’s current circumstances, GST registration is not applicable to the business at this time. GST is not charged separately on orders, and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN.
• An order invoice is included with the parcel. It is not a GST tax invoice. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and payment happens inside your UPI app, not on our page. We will never call you asking for an OTP, a UPI PIN or a screen-sharing app. Any such call is not from us.
