These terms cover your use of meghanovelties.shop and any order you place with Megha Novelties, Arcadia, G-24, Ghodbunder Rd, Hiranandani Estate, Thane West, Thane, Maharashtra 400607, India. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who we are

Megha Novelties is an individual online retail business operating from Thane, Maharashtra, India. We sell women's ethnic wear and fashion accessories to customers within India. We are not a marketplace and we do not act as an agent for any other seller.

2. Products, images and descriptions

We describe each item as accurately as we can, including what is not in the box. Screens render colour differently, and printed fabric is cut from a running length, so the exact placement of a motif will vary between pieces. Where a product ships in an assorted print or colour we say so on the product page.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. If an item is out of stock, mispriced by an obvious error, or the delivery address cannot be served, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

The business is not registered for GST. Based on its current circumstances, GST registration is not applicable at this time; GST is therefore not charged separately on any order, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed, and an order invoice is included with the parcel.

5. Delivery, returns and cancellation

6. Use of this website

You may not copy our product photographs, page copy or site structure for another store, attempt to break into any part of the site, or place fraudulent orders. Text and images on this site belong to Megha Novelties unless credited otherwise.

7. Warranties and liability

Garments and accessories are sold for ordinary personal use. To the extent permitted by law, the site and its contents are provided on an as-is basis, and implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019, the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra, India.
